SnowSports School Reservations

Reservations are highly recommended for all SnowSports School programs, especially those scheduled over holidays. A valid credit card is required to reserve.

Cancellation Policy

All products and services must be cancelled by 12 pm the day prior to the reservation, or a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Weather and snow conditions are not viable reasons for cancellations. When canceling a product or service, Moonlight Basin SnowSports School must be contacted directly between 8 am and 5 pm, 7 days a week.

Credit cards will be charged each day upon completion of the lesson, unless it has been paid in advance or if alternative arrangements have been made prior to lesson commencement.

Lesson Details

All group lessons meet at the Madison Base Area. Private lessons can meet at many convenient locations including your Moonlight Basin lodging unit or home, the Pony Express Lodge or the Moonlight Lodge. Some restrictions apply:

• Lodging unit or home must be ski in-ski out or chair lift accessible.

• Meeting locations other than the Madison Base Area need to be pre-arranged through the SnowSports School.
