Moonlight Ladies Workshops
Come explore all that Moonlight has to offer in our 6-week, women’s only workshops. Whether you are new to skiing or boarding, or look to challenge yourself and take your skills to the next level, our acclaimed staff of caring and knowledgeable instructors is there to guide you. During this program you will explore Moonlight’s many hidden powder runs, learn to carve our impeccable groomers, or seek the ultimate adventure in the Headwaters. Groups for Alpine, telemark and snowboarding are available, and all abilities are welcome. If you need childcare, check out our daycare options at Moonlight Kids. For those of you with little rippers, our popular Skiwees program for 3 and 4 year olds is the perfect place for your child to improve their skills while you enjoy your morning at Moonlight. Workshop times are set to allow you plenty of time to drop the little ones off. Join us for this exciting, fun, and social experience!
Workshops are held on Wednesdays from 9:15am-11:45am, and are offered in two sessions;
1st Session - January 4 - February 8
2nd Session - February 29 - April 4

Adult Group Lessons
Levels 1 to 7
Our small, supportive group classes inspire skiers and snowboarders to build skills and gain confidence – all while soaking up the natural beauty of Moonlight Basin. With a range of classes designed for first-timers through experts, students of any level glide away from class with improved proficiency. Thanks to our friendly, accommodating attitude, classes feel more like a day on the slopes with friends. Reservations are recommended, especially during the holiday seasons. All adult group lessons meet at the Madison Village Base Area.
Morning Lesson:
9:30 am to 12:00 p.m............................... $69

North Summit Guide Service
Levels 8 and 9
Explore some of North America’s most challenging and exhilarating lift served terrain while skiing or riding with our staff of experienced and knowledgeable guides. The Headwaters chutes and the spectacular terrain of the North Summit Snowfield are accessible to you when you join one of Moonlight Basin’s guides for a half or full day adventure. Our guides have a great knowledge of the terrain on the north side of Lone Mountain and are veteran instructors who can give you the confidence and skill to enjoy all that Moonlight Basin has to offer.
Half day guided experience (3 hours)……….$295
Full day guided experience (6 hours)………..$495
The terrain that is available is dependent upon conditions. Please call for reservations. Lift Tickets not included. Excursions to the North Summit Snowfield require a Biggest Skiing in America ® ticket. Advanced ski ability is required. Prices are for groups of up to 3 skiers or riders per guide.
Beginner Packages - Discover Moonlight Basin - 3 Day Program
A perfect launch pad for those who have never skied or snowboarded before. No question is too silly: our instructors know that the proper foundation accelerates your learning. Moonlight Basin’s friendly instructors guide you from buckling into your boots for the first time to linking your first real turns – just what you need to begin a lifetime of snowy memories.
Derringer lift ticket, rental, and half-day lesson..................$99/day
Total for three days of Discover Moonlight Basin package: $297 PLUS complete all three days and receive a free 2011-2012 mid-week season pass, a $450 value.
