Moonlight Basin’s Guest Services MissionAs Montana's premier destination resort, Moonlight Basin works to continually differentiate itself from any other resort. We want to be a relaxing, unpretentious place; a haven from the outside world. Our goal is to be more than a great place to visit. We want our guests to feel as comfortable here as they do in their own homes. We accomplish this by delivering unparalleled guest services. Moonlight Basin’s Employee ExpectationsThe Moonlight Basin guest experience depends completely on our team members. To help our guests feel as welcome and comfortable as possible, we look for the following traits in our team members:
Moonlight Basin wants team members who see guests as people to take care of and befriend, not as obligations; team members who provide exceptional guest service all of the time, and who truly want to give their best to create an exciting and innovative, year-round resort. "In today's business culture, it is rare to find consistent and widespread customer care at the level of your team." -Moonlight Guest, January 2006 "...I have many choices for a ski vacation...at Moonlight, you care about your customers and you are proud of the product you offer. I came roughly 2,000 miles expecting good and got superior." -Moonlight Guest, January 2006 "From the valet who parked the car to the ticket guy who offered to loan his snowboard equipment to my friend…thank you to your staff for what they are creating..." –Moonlight Guest, January 2005 |
