Start your day with stretching and relaxation in a pristine mountain setting.

Delilah Eakman is a 500 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. She teaches a gentle, restorative yoga, tailoring the class to suit the needs of the participants. In addition to instructing Yoga, Delilah is a Certified Integrative Relaxation Facilitator and Reiki Provider.

Classes start at 9am and cost $12 per person.
Some Yoga equipment is provided.
