Family Night with Moonlight

In a place as spacious, laid-back and rustic as Moonlight Basin, families naturally come together. This season, Moonlight Basin celebrates parents, kids, and friends with Family Nights at Moonlight, a series of informal gatherings featuring sledding, a bonfire, homemade pizzas, and western winter merriment for all.

Food and Drink
Nothing tastes better after a bracing day on the slopes than a slice or three of home-baked pizza. Kick off Family Night by custom-designing your family’s own pizza – our staff will pop it in the oven and deliver it piping hot to your table.

Entertain the Kids
In the warmth of our lodge, movies, crafts, and games keep kids entertained, while outside, they’ll discover a nocturnal winter playground. Kids will want to spend the whole night on our well lit sledding hill. A roaring bonfire thaws chilly sledders and toasts up dessert in the form of roasted marshmallows and s’mores.

Where to Go
Family Night with Moonlight is located at the Headwaters Grille. Park at Madison Village Base Parking Lot and head over to the Headwaters Grille to check in and receive your Activity Bands and Pizza Vouchers.

When to Go
Family Night is from 4:30pm – 8:00pm on the following dates:

The pizza buffet opens at 5p.m. Headwaters Grille will end regular food service at 4:30 p.m, but the bar will remain open.

Come enjoy some pizza while playing games and bringing out your creative side with arts and crafts, all together as a family. We look forward to seeing you at the bonfire!

Event Costs

General Admission
$15 per person includes one printed photo from the Family Photo Booth, craft takeaways, games, s’mores, and access to the sledding hill. (Children 2 and under – Free)

Family Pizzas (sold separately)
Personal size pizza with soft drink - $15
Family size pizza with four soft drinks - $29
