Cedar Mountain Corrals at Moonlight Basin

Looking for a unique experience to highlight your visit to the Big Sky? Book a horseback ride with Cedar Mountain Corrals at Moonlight Basin. Explore trails that previously have never been accessible to the public on horseback, including Lee Metcalf Wilderness, Beehive Basin, North Fork drainage, and Bear Basin.
Horseback Riding

Reservation:
Reservations can be made through Cedar Mountain Corral at 406-539-4065 or our Mountain Concierge at (406) 995-7716. We schedule throughout the day to easily accommodate your plans with no pre-set riding times. Reservations recommended but walk-ins welcome based on availability.

Rides are offered through mid-September 7 days a week.

Yoga on the Deck of the Moonlight Lodge

Prepare for your day on the mountain with morning yoga on the deck of the Moonlight Lodge with local yoga instructor, Delilah Eakman. Delilah's Yoga on the Deck will address balance, breath, alignment, the core, flexibility in the hips and knees, upper body alignment and strength. These exercises will be done in a fun, creative and inclusive manner while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Yoga on the Deck is offered at 9:00am Mondays and Fridays, running July 3 through September 7. Each session is $10.

Join Us for a Guided Hike

If you would like a guided exploration of Moonlight Basin’s flora and fauna, join our very own wildlife specialist, Marc Glines for a guided hike. These informative explorations start at 9am every Saturday from mid-July through mid-September. All hikes will leave from the Mountain Concierge desk located in the Moonlight Lodge. Hike typically last one hour and are suitable for children 10 and older.
