Dubai-born luxury brand enters the American market with Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana, expanding its global footprint into a high-growth hospitality segment.
Dubai’s home-grown ultra-luxury brand One&Only has officially opened One&Only Moonlight Basin, marking a significant milestone for Kerzner International. The new destination marks the company’s first property in the United States and as well as it’s first alpine resort and residential community.
Developed in partnership with Lone Mountain Land Company, the project spans 240 acres within Montana’s Moonlight Basin and is surrounded by more than 17,000 acres of permanently protected land, which positions the resort as a flagship for One&Only’s expansion into nature-led, experience-driven luxury.
Located an hour from Bozeman and adjacent to Yellowstone National Park, the new opening integrates high-altitude wellness, year-round adventure infrastructure, and contemporary alpine design as it introduces Dubai’s signature level of luxury to the U.S. mountain market
